A great article about how important outdoor play is to children's development. This article also gives solutions to common problems that prevent families from spending time outside.

WEEKLY TIP - How to unplug your kid
I love this handout discussing how to "unplug" your child. What I really love about it is that the majority of steps talk about promoting other skills and looking at your usage as a parent. We all know that screens are here to stay. However, having balance and rules about the use of those screens is vital.
