New Freebie on TPT Store

I am a big believer of visual supports.  Many of the children I work with are in "fight or flight" mode and this prevents learning.  I can talk till I'm blue in the face, and they do not process what I am saying.  By making instructions visual and having the child repeat the directions (if they are verbal), this greatly helps with comprehension.  I have created a freebie on my TPT Store with some basic visual supports and some suggestions on how best to praise children.
